It's all about you...
Congratulations! You're going to get married!!
Choosing the right Wedding Photographer for you is one of the many important decisions you have to make.
Unlike most aspects of the wedding day, your photographs will still be there when the flowers have wilted and the cake has been eaten, so it’s important to make sure you choose the right person to cover this very important day in your lives.
Obviously, the most important thing to consider when choosing a wedding photographer is that you like their work! Unlike other wedding suppliers such as a cake maker or musician, a wedding photographer’s product can only be judged after the day - when you receive your images.
So, you've found a photographer's website and you like what you see. Most importantly, you would be happy if your wedding images were to look similar to those in their portfolio.
Now the best way to decide if that photographer is the one for you is to meet them, and I suggest you meet them at least twice. Look at some of their work in print. Computer screens, especially low resolution ones, can be quite forgiving. Prints are not.
Have a good chat with them about your plans for your day. Are they genuinely interested in you as a couple and what you are planning? Do you feel comfortable with them? Do you feel you will be able to relax and have fun with this photographer around? In other words, are you a "good fit".
It is equally important that you like your photographer as a person. After all they are going to be spending a lot of time with you and they’re technically another guest at your wedding! When you hire your wedding photographer remember, you are trusting them with photographing one of the most important days of your life.
If you like what you see on my website and would like to have a chat to help decide whether I am the right photographer for you, please do
I would love to hear from you. Whoever you choose, and whatever your style, I sincerley wish you luck in your wedding planning and a wonderful future together!
